Refund policy

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order please reach out at admin@communityimprints.com for a replacement. You have 30 days from date of delivery to contact us for a replacement. Replacements will be issued at the discretion of Community Imprints management and staff.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to reach out at communityimprints@gmail.com.  Replacements will be issued at the discretion of Community Imprints management and staff


Refunds
